On Friday afternoon, July 13, 2007, two black males walked in the Fiesta Supermarket on Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee, FL, looking for work. Mr. Homer Hassam, owner of the Supermarket, was in the store remodeling, along with several of his employees. Mr. Hassam told the men to come back in a week or so.
