Alexander Villagomez-Dillon, a 31-year-old man, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2023, in a shooting incident on Puyallup tribal trust land in Washington. The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office has officially ruled his death a homicide, confirming that Villagomez-Dillon died from multiple gunshot wounds.
