Devin Rowden, a 32-year-old man from Newport, Washington, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2023, in a shooting incident in north Spokane. The Spokane County Medical Examiner confirmed that Rowden died from a penetrating gunshot wound to the torso, and his death was officially ruled a homicide.
