In the crisp autumn air of October 15, 2023, the life of 26-year-old Hispanic/Latino male Omar Daniel Garcia was tragically cut short in Yakima, Washington. The fatal encounter unfolded in the 1400 block of Roosevelt Avenue, where an argument escalated into violence.
