Omar Daniel Garcia, a 26-year-old resident of Roosevelt, Washington, tragically lost his life on Sunday, October 15, 2023, in Yakima, Washington. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Roosevelt Avenue, where Yakima Police responded to reports of shots fired.
