Robert Leroy Frederick Riley, a 57-year-old resident of Maple Valley, Washington, was found dead on November 16, 2023, along with Ashley Nicole Williams, 34. Their bodies were discovered in the bushes near Southeast 252nd Street and 238th Avenue Southeast, covered by a blue tarp and gray blanket, under trash and debris.
