Merly Tahiry Herrera Moreno, a 20-year-old woman from Renton, Washington, tragically lost her life in a drive-by shooting on September 2, 2024. The incident occurred just after 2 a.m. on Shelton Avenue Northeast in the Renton Highlands area.
