Reginald V. McDuffie Jr., an 18-year-old from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2023, just three days after celebrating his birthday. McDuffie was shot while standing in the front yard of a residence in Garfield Heights, where he was visiting friends. According to reports, he received a phone call that prompted him to go outside, where he was subsequently shot. Witnesses indicated that a red sedan was seen leaving the area shortly after the incident occurred.
