Marvin Turham Rocker Jr., an 18-year-old from Akron, Ohio, tragically lost his life to gun violence on March 13, 2023. Rocker was born on March 7, 2005, at Akron City Hospital, having just celebrated his 18th birthday a few days before his untimely death.
