Death by Force

On March 24, 2023, 23-year-old Charles Eggers was found deceased under the West 25th Street Bridge in Cleveland, Ohio. Officers from the Cleveland Division of Police responded to reports of an unresponsive man at the intersection of Bradwell Avenue and Pearl Road around 2:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Eggers' body beneath the bridge.
