On April 21, 2023, at approximately 5:43 p.m., London Police and Fire units responded to a residence in the 200 block of Washington Avenue in London, Ohio, following reports of an unresponsive male. Upon arrival, officers discovered 29-year-old Jamie Allen Crim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Madison Health, where he was later pronounced dead.
The following day, authorities arrested 17-year-old Nilen C. Harner of Springfield, Ohio, in connection with the shooting.
