Derek Tyrone Blanding Parks, a 24-year-old resident of Cleveland, Ohio, was fatally shot on June 28, 2023. The incident occurred when he was found in the back seat of a truck, suffering from a gunshot wound. Following the shooting, the truck crashed into a home, prompting emergency responders to arrive at the scene. Despite their efforts, Parks succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
