Flo Ann Wilkes, a 64-year-old woman from Columbus, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on July 8, 2023. The incident occurred around 1:58 AM in the 1200 block of East 25th Avenue. Upon arrival, police found Wilkes suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
