Tramaine Locklear, a 34-year-old man from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2023, in a shooting incident. The fatal event occurred in the parking lot of a gentleman's club in Cleveland, where Locklear was shot multiple times in the chest.
