On September 6, 2022, 16-year-old Andre Wells, a student at James Ford Rhodes High School in Cleveland, OH, was fatally shot in the head near the school. Andre was walking to school when a red and black vehicle drove past him and someone inside the vehicle fired a gun, striking him in the head. He was immediately transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in critical condition but tragically passed away three days later.
