On September 2, 2023, 18-year-old Jaelynn Marie Poturalski was fatally shot in the chest during a neighborhood dispute in the 200 block of Langdon Street in South Toledo, Ohio. Emergency responders transported her to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 11:26 a.m.
