Lily Summers, a 43-year-old woman, was found deceased on April 8, 2002, in a tractor-trailer behind a business. She was one of several victims of Dellmus Charles Colvin, a former long-haul trucker and convicted serial killer. Colvin confessed to murdering multiple women between 1987 and 2005, primarily targeting drug-addicted prostitutes whom he strangled in his truck before disposing of their bodies in various locations.
