On September 11, 2023, Ty'Lend Lewis, a 21-year-old resident of Youngstown, Ohio, was tragically killed in a shooting incident. The young man was found deceased on Summer Street, located on Youngstown's South Side, around 7:10 PM. A family member discovered Lewis and alerted the authorities, but he had already passed away before police and emergency services arrived at the scene.
