On October 3, 2023, Tymeir Dial-Hale, a 23-year-old resident of Cleveland, Ohio, was fatally shot during a violent altercation. The incident occurred on East 127th Street, where police found Dial-Hale lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper back and head. Emergency responders were called to the scene shortly after the shooting, but unfortunately, Dial-Hale succumbed to his injuries.
