On October 7, 2023, 21-year-old Joshua Cunningham and his 22-year-old brother, Dominic, were fatally shot in the parking lot of A Touch of Italy restaurant in Bedford Heights, Ohio. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. following an altercation inside the establishment, which continued outside and culminated in the shooting.
