On October 7, 2023, at approximately 2:30 a.m., brothers Dominic Cunningham, 22, and Joshua Cunningham, 21, were fatally shot in the parking lot of A Touch of Italy restaurant in Bedford Heights, Ohio. The incident followed an altercation inside the establishment, which escalated into a confrontation outside, culminating in the shooting.
