On January 28, 2024, Deangelo Williams Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was found unresponsive in his vehicle after it crashed into several parked cars on Kimberly Parkway. Emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after midnight and transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead later that day at 2:41 PM. Initial investigations revealed that Williams had suffered a gunshot wound, which ultimately led to his death.
