Reginald Purnell, a 48-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on June 25, 2024. He was found fatally shot inside a home on the 1200 block of Seymour Avenue in southeast Columbus. Purnell was discovered alongside another victim, 45-year-old Darrell Walker, when someone called 911 just before 10 a.m. after seeing a person lying on the floor of the residence. Medics pronounced both Purnell and Walker dead at the scene shortly after 10 a.m.
