Death by Force

On June 27, 2024, at approximately 1:15 a.m., Cleveland police and emergency medical services responded to reports of a shooting in the 6900 block of Morgan Avenue, near West 65th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 21-year-old Kortez Efford deceased at the scene. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office later confirmed his identity.
