On June 27, 2024, at approximately 1:15 a.m., Cleveland police and emergency medical services responded to reports of a shooting in the 6900 block of Morgan Avenue, near West 65th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 21-year-old Kortez Efford deceased at the scene. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office later confirmed his identity.

Following the incident, authorities initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Efford's death. As of now, no suspects have been i ...
