On August 29, 2024, Journey Fletcher, a 25-year-old mother from Columbus, Ohio, was found dead alongside her two children, Jalani Jennings, age 5, and Harmoni Agyei, age 3 months. The tragic discovery occurred during a welfare check at their residence in the 3300 block of Broadmoor Avenue after concerned neighbors reported not seeing the family for several days. Emergency responders pronounced all three deceased at the scene shortly after their arrival.
