Tomas Jose Lopez, a 36-year-old resident of Las Vegas, New Mexico, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2023, in a fatal shooting incident that occurred on Interstate 25. The New Mexico State Police reported that Lopez was shot while traveling on I-25 near mile marker 341 in the Romeroville area.

According to investigators, Rosa Ybarra, a 31-year-old woman, is accused of shooting Lopez while they were driving on the interstate. After the shooting, Ybarra allegedly left the scene. Lopez was ...
