In the summer of 2023, the life of a Hispanic male named Ruben Mireles, aged 41, came to a tragic end in Clovis, New Mexico. On the morning of Sunday, July 2, 2023, police were dispatched around 9:30 a.m. following reports of an argument between two men that was punctuated by the sound of gunfire.
