In the summer of 2023, the life of 23-year-old Sydney Wilson was tragically cut short in Albuquerque, New Mexico. On the evening of July 31st, Wilson had been tracking her stolen white Hyundai and located it at a Smith's gas station near Central Avenue and Coors Boulevard S.W. shortly before 9 p.m. She had reported the car stolen earlier that day from her apartment complex and had been using a GPS application on her phone to follow its movements, having called 911 multiple times.
