On July 31, 2023, 23-year-old Sydney Wilson was tragically shot and killed at a Smith's gas station near Central Ave. and Coors Blvd. S.W. in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The incident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. when Wilson confronted a group of teenagers who were in possession of her stolen white Hyundai.

Wilson had reported her car stolen from her apartment complex near Osuna and San Mateo earlier that day. Using GPS tracking on her phone, she located the vehicle at the gas station. As ...Read More
