On June 8, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Las Cruces, New Mexico, resulting in the death of 35-year-old Juan Diego Martinez. His body was discovered shortly before 7 a.m. in an undeveloped area along the 1000 block of Valley View Avenue. The Las Cruces Police Department (LCPD) responded to the scene after a passerby reported finding Martinez's body.
