Saleem Jones, a 20-year-old Philadelphia resident, was tragically killed on February 4, 2016. The incident occurred at approximately 9:25 p.m. when police responded to a report on the 4500 block of North Orianna Street. Officers found Saleem suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Despite the arrival of medical personnel, Saleem died at the scene.
