On August 27, 2024, at approximately 3:18 a.m., Christopher Sanchez, 37, was fatally shot outside his home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Sanchez confronted individuals attempting to steal his truck, during which he was ambushed and struck by multiple bullets. Witnesses reported hearing numerous gunshots, and authorities recovered 27 bullet casings at the scene, indicating the involvement of multiple shooters.
