Mark Bradley, a 40-year-old male from St. Paul, Minnesota, was fatally shot in north Minneapolis on January 25, 2023. The incident occurred just after noon near the intersection of 22nd Avenue and Emerson Avenue North. Minneapolis police responded to a ShotSpotter report and arrived at the scene to find Bradley suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
