Jean Harriette Mart, a 77-year-old woman from rural Perham, Minnesota, tragically lost her life on July 17, 2023. The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office responded to a call and found Jean deceased at her home. The circumstances surrounding her death immediately raised suspicions, leading to an investigation by local authorities.
