Marie H. Heu, aged 34, was found dead in her Eagan, Minnesota home on August 22, 2000. Her body was discovered by family members who had been alerted by Tcheng Heu, her nephew, about a problem at the residence. Upon arrival, they found Marie lying on the floor of her bedroom. Her car was missing from its usual parking spot but was later found in Kansas City, Missouri. Marie's estranged husband, Fu Joseph Heu, was identified as the primary suspect in her death.
