In the quiet evening of October 19, 2024, the life of 58-year-old Don Stovall, a male resident of Manhattan, Kansas, was tragically cut short. At approximately 8:45 p.m., officers from the Riley County Police Department were dispatched to the 700 block of North 4th Street following a report of a shooting.
