On the evening of October 19, 2024, at approximately 8:45 PM, officers from the Riley County Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the 700 block of North 4th Street in Manhattan, Kansas. Upon arrival, they discovered 58-year-old Don Stovall, who was later pronounced deceased.
