On August 2, 2023, Tyrone Winzer, a resident of Heflin, Louisiana, was fatally shot in a domestic incident. The incident occurred at a residence on the 6100 block of Hwy. 531 in Heflin.
Chandrika C. Shehee, a 23-year-old woman who lives across the street from the residence, has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with Winzer's death.
