On February 24, 2024, the Alexandria Police Department responded to a call in the 2000 block of Levin Street in Alexandria, Louisiana, at approximately 2:55 AM. Upon arrival, officers discovered the deceased body of 54-year-old Mickel Fells, a resident of Alexandria, who had sustained a gunshot wound.
