In the quiet community of Florence, Kentucky, a deeply unsettling event shattered the peace on November 30, 2023, revealing a tragedy within one family's home. Carole Frances Fetters, a 73-year-old woman, was found deceased on the ground floor of her residence on Tee Street. The discovery was made by a family member who had arrived at the home to find two of their loved ones unresponsive.
