Troy Young, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot on December 8, 2023, in Louisville, Kentucky. The incident occurred outside an apartment complex in the 3300 block of Breckenridge Lane, near the Klondike neighborhood. Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) Sixth Division officers responded to a call from a concerned citizen about a vehicle left running outside the apartment building around 3:50 p.m..
