In the late afternoon of December 8, 2023, a concerned citizen in Louisville, Kentucky, noticed a vehicle that had been left running for some time outside an apartment complex in the 3300 block of Breckenridge Lane, near the Klondike neighborhood. A call was placed to the Louisville Metro Police Department, and at approximately 3:50 p.m., Sixth Division officers arrived on the scene to investigate the running passenger vehicle.
