On January 9, 2024, Mary Thomas, aged 77, was fatally shot at her residence on Blue Bell Way in the Three Springs area of Bowling Green, Kentucky. The incident was reported to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office by the couple's daughter, who informed police that her father, 76-year-old Terry E. Thomas, had told her that he shot his wife during a domestic dispute.
