Joshua L. Dooley, a 43-year-old resident of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, was found deceased on April 28, 2024. The incident occurred when Kentucky State Police (KSP) conducted a welfare check at his residence on Goochland Cave Road in Rockcastle County. The check was initiated at approximately 5:25 PM on Sunday, following a notification from Rockcastle County 911.
