In the early evening hours of a Friday in Lexington, Kentucky, the life of 50-year-old Russell Houston was tragically cut short. On May 17, 2024, police responded to a call on the 700 block of Dakota Street, where they discovered Houston had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
