Justin Joki, a 37-year-old Caucasian male, was killed on the evening of May 9, 2023, in a shooting in Portland, Oregon. The incident occurred around 8:10 p.m. near the intersection of East Burnside Street and Northeast 122nd Avenue in the Hazelwood neighborhood. When officers from the East Precinct arrived at the scene, they discovered Joki deceased.
