On a quiet Sunday afternoon in Monmouth, Oregon, the peaceful life of 76-year-old Francis Kosko, a Caucasian female, came to a tragic end. On August 11, 2024, she and her 81-year-old husband, Kenneth Kosko, were discovered deceased in their home on Walnut Drive South. The grim discovery was made by their adult daughter, who immediately alerted authorities.
