A Hispanic male, 19-year-old Alexander Rodriguez, was killed on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in a shooting that claimed the life of another man in Springfield, Massachusetts. The incident unfolded around midnight, when Springfield police were dispatched to an apartment on Union Street following a report of two deceased individuals. Upon entering the residence, officers discovered Rodriguez and 40-year-old Khidhr Moultrie, both of whom had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
