In the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, on the evening of September 23, 2024, the life of 19-year-old Quami J. Clarke, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short by gun violence. At approximately 9:22 p.m., Boston Police officers patrolling the Mildred Hailey Boston Housing Authority Apartments on Centre Street heard multiple gunshots.
