In the early evening of January 11, 2023, Richard Donnell Hamilton, a 43-year-old male, was riding as a passenger in a white van in Greenwood, Indiana. As the vehicle exited Interstate 65 onto County Line Road, a tragic and sudden act of violence unfolded.
