Death by Force

On November 10, 2024, 13-year-old James Davis from Greenwood, Indiana, was shot and later died from his injuries. The incident occurred at a home on the 1100 block of Crescent Drive, where Greenwood Police were called around 1 a.m. in response to a report of an attempted suicide. Upon arrival, officers found Davis suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, where he died on November 14 from his injuries.
