William "Billy" Scott Matherly, 48, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on May 11, 2023. Born on January 10, 1975, in Tucson, Arizona, he was the son of Bob Matherly and Shirley (Batchelor) Hemmerling. Billy earned his GED and later obtained a degree in Applied Science of Computer-Aided Drafting. He worked as a carpenter, specializing in home remodeling. In his leisure time, Billy enjoyed riding motorcycles and working on various projects.
