Devin Williams, a 36-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was fatally shot on October 23, 2023. The incident occurred around 6 a.m. at a home in the 5900 block of Riva Ridge Drive, near the intersection of Arlington Avenue and Thompson Road.
