On the early morning of January 11, 2024, the quiet of a residential neighborhood in Lafayette, Indiana, was broken when law enforcement and medical personnel responded to a distress call at a home in the 2300 block of Drexel Drive. Arriving at the scene around 3:30 a.m., first responders discovered the body of 39-year-old Charles 'Caleb' Randall Rhode inside the residence.
The Tippecanoe County Coroner’s Office was summoned to the scene to begin their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of the male victim, who was pronounced dead at the location.
